Description:  age 8, Everett RR (former Huntingdon and Broad Top Mountain RR), Everett, PA, Oct. 1965 (Approx.) on a Midwest Chapter, NRHS excursion from Akron, probably taken by my grandmother. Locomotive now sits on display outside old Everett station, which is now a Senior Citizens Center, I believe.

Description:  I'm not really running Cuyahoga Valley Line Mike 4070, but I was a 20 y/o volunteer on the Cuyahoga Valley Line at the time. Taken at the ash pit at the W. 3rd St. yards in Cleveland at the end of a weekend operation. Taken by Midwest Chapter Historian Bill Gibbons. Date approx.

Description:  21 year old me, as a fireman on the Cedar Point and Lake Erie RR in 1978, in the cab of CP&LE #1, "Maude L.", a 1902 Baldwin Forney, now Disneyland #5, "Ward Kimball". Former Supt. Mike Hetrick at the throttle. Person who took this with my camera lost to history.

Description:  I'm headed for Richmond, VA leading with a GE AC6000, stopped for traffic at former CP Sheppard Jct. at Benning yard in WDC. Taken by now retired conductor Chuck Wissing, on a train beside me (reason for unusual angle). Date approximate, but probably within a few days before that date.
